This release contains a ton of bug fixes and patches contributed by the community. It was more then a month ago since the last release so it's a pretty big update however there isn't any dramatic feature changes or bug fixes that could break existing installations so it's still a patch release.
Check the changelog for details on the different fixes we added.

We skipped making a matrix since now days there are so many browsers and browser versions so the matrix would basically say it works on everything except IE 6.

Currently I am working on TinyMce Upgrade for my application I found that in 4.0.16 Upgrade paste event is not there.
TinyMce 3.x

ed.onPaste.add(function(ed, e, o) {

I am looking this event in 4.0.16 but It seems to me doesn't exist any more. Please help me out here.
You should use the 'on' method instead:
ed.on('paste', function(e) {
// Logic Here
});

Giving tinymce.dom.Event.add() add is not a function in 4.x version How we will attach event ?
